View Member Profile

Overview

At the core of the Loyalty platform is the Member Profile. The Member Profile contains all the information you know about an individual, including their name, identifiers, and demographics, as well as their transaction history, and any Activity history being recorded within your loyalty program. The Profile also includes records of other platform assets to which an individual is associated, such as Offers received, Rewards redeemed, and Orders placed. All of this information on a single Member is readily accessible to Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) via the Member Profile screen.

To view a Member Profile:

  1. Select Members from the top navigation bar, then select CSR > People from the side navigation menu. The People screen is displayed.

  2. On the People screen, search for and select the desired Member (see Search for a Member for more information). The Member Profile screen is displayed with the Summary tab selected by default.

  3. When finished viewing the Member Profile, click Back to People to return to the People screen.

Header Section

The header section of the Member Profile screen displays basic information about this Member, including their name, account status, an avatar image, Member ID, and mobile phone number, for example.

The header section also provides access to a wide range of features which can be grouped into the following broad categories:

  • Profile Management: View and edit information about the Member Profile, or manage the Member's loyalty account.

  • Activity Management: Manually create Activities or Responses.

Tabs

Beneath the header section, the Member Profile screen is organized into tabs. Click a tab name below for more information on the features and options available on that tab.

Note: The tabs displayed on the Member Profile screen (and their sequence) is controlled by a Program Setting called CSR Screen Tabs. Using this Program Setting, you can select which tabs are displayed or hidden. If you need assistance configuring this Program Setting, please speak to your Marigold team.

The tabs can further be customized on the CSR Tabs screen; this screen allows you to enter custom labels for the tabs, and to select any custom content that has been defined within your Loyalty account.

Tab Name Description
Activities The Activities tab provides a timeline of Member actions.
Awards The Awards tab displays all the Rewards granted to this Member for free as an Award.
Badges The Badges tab displays a list of Badges that this Member has earned.
Challenges The Challenges tab displays a list of Challenges that this Member has completed.
Codes The Codes tab displays a list of Product Codes that this Member has submitted.
Documents The Documents tab displays a list of documents or other files that have been attached to this Member Profile.
Flights The Flights tab displays a list of Flight Activities for this Member.
Gift Cards The Gift Cards tab displays each Gift Card this Member owns, its usage, and its current balance.
Groups The Groups tab displays a list of Groups to which this Member belongs.
Household The Household tab is used to group Members together into a household for the purposes of sharing loyalty program benefits.
Metrics The Metrics tab displays a full breakdown of a Member's totals for each Metric in your loyalty program.
Offers The Offers tab displays information about Offers issued to this Member
Orders The Orders tab displays a list of purchases made by this Member.
Profile The Profile tab displays all Member Attribute values for the selected Member.
Punch Cards The Punch Cards tab displays a list of Punch Cards that this Member has started.
Referrals The Referrals tab displays all the Members who joined your loyalty program based on a referral from the currently selected Member.
Rewards The Rewards tab displays a list of Rewards that have been redeemed by this Member.
Segments The Segments tab displays a list of all Segments to which this Member belongs.
Summary The Summary tab provides high-level information about this Member.
Wallet Passes The Wallet Passes tab displays all of the Wallet Passes owned by this Member.
